Cash Assistance Project



 

UNICEF designed and implemented an unconditional humanitarian cash assistance program, which aims to provide the basic needs to the marginalized families affected by armed conflicts. At this stage, the city of Taiz, which is located in the center of the country and suffers from many problems exacerbated by the armed conflicts.

 

And through the participation of Hemmat Shabab Foundation for Development in the humanitarian cash assistance program, to be one of the partners in the project as a representative of local civil society organizations presented on the ground with its various works in Taiz.

 

Therefore, Hemmat Youth Foundation for Development participated in the matching and follow-up the processes of financial disbursement of the targeted families of the marginalized in the districts of Taiz governorate (Cairo, Al-Muzaffar, Sala, Mawiyah and Maqabana) in addition to implementing geographical targeting operations for families affected by the war in Taiz for the second phase of the program
